In order to render the best services possible to our clients, DRIDON engages the services of qualified staff. All of DRIDON's management and teaching faculty are college-educated or have had a substantial number of years in business, management and/or academia. ALL STAFF are subject to background checks.
Our management team is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization. It is to ensure that the company is reaching its goals, as set by the Board of Directors; it is also responsible for ensuring that the organization is operating in a manner that is efficient and in the best interest of our clients.
At DRIDON, we take out students' education seriously. Members of our teaching faculty are also expected to do the same. Each must be college-degreed and possess experience teaching in multicultural/urban settings.
Our support teams play a key role in the operations of our organization; they are the front-line staff of the organization. Their representation of us to our clients is our clients' first impression of us. As a result, we expend substantial efforts to ensure that our support teams are well trained; they understand needs of our clients; and, they are familiar with the goals of the organization, all in order to be able to deliver the best services possible to our clients.
